Is broccoli enough to cure many health woes and even winter blues? Many wonder this, and it’s part of a select grouping of 10 foods considered to be extremely healthy and essential to any diet. And frankly, in older times, it was extremely hard to find fresh vegetables and fruits during the winter. Obviously now we can import and export, and travel is faster.
