Taking Care Of Your Skin

In order to have beautiful and healthy skin, there are a few basic things to do.  First, maintain your diet.  If you gain and lose weight, it will stretch out your skin, and over time, your skin will not actually bounce back.  Second, be sure to use moisturizers and sunscreen.  These will protect your skin from the sun of course while maintaining it and no allowing the elements to get to it at the same rate as it might have otherwise.  Third, and almost most importantly, stop smoking.  Smoking will actually cause of course the blood vessels to restrict and other problems in general to happen.  Next, turn down your heat, use your air conditioner, and get a humidifier.  Higher temperatures in your home in general will cause greater problems as a whole and your skin may become dry, parched, and restricted.   And finally, remove makeup before workouts and before bed.  If you cleanse on a regular basis, this of course helps too.  But the simple reality is that quite frankly these can clog your pores, and if combined with the sweat and otherwise of exercise, it just makes it worse.  So wash your face, remember to remove your makeup, and otherwise you can take care of your skin at a more exponential rate in general terms.
